Thanks for downloading and trying out FeedBeast, the best up-and-coming RSS platform for Windows.
A great deal of time and thought has gone into the development of FeedBeast, and while it has only just reached the stage where it can be considered a truly full-fledged professional application, it is still in its infancy. The project was started in only January of 2007 and has already reached a state rival to other products that have been on the market for years. As such, it is constantly evolving and there are great things planned for the future.
This forum is for you, the users, to join in and share discussions about FeedBeast, your RSS reader. I'd love to hear your comments, praises, criticisms, and most of all where you would like to see FeedBeast headed—what sorts of features you'd like to see implemented or things changed.
The forum also gives me the chance to interact with those who are actually using my creation, and I can think of no better way to spend my time pertaining to the project than listening to what you have to say. I think I've done a pretty good job creating a fully-featured application as an entry to an already over-saturated market, but it's not going to stop there. So long as there are people using it, that's enough motivation I need to continue putting a great deal of effort into the project to meet and exceed all of your expectations and desires in a desktop-based RSS reader.
Remember, FeedBeast is free for up to twenty subscribed feeds (and unlimited unsubscribed) which you can use for as long as you like. As such, it's perfect if you are new to RSS and want a truly professional-quality offering without being limited to a 30-day trial. Who wants to spend 30 days learning the ins and outs of a software program only to have it stop working at the end of the month? With FeedBeast, you can use it for as long as you like, and if you discover you love RSS as much as us, then you can choose to unlock your copy to unlimited feed subscriptions for a one-time fee of only $5 USD.
So please take a look around, both the program and the forums, and leave some comments for everyone to see. Anonymous posting is enabled on the forums, so you don't even have to register, however if you intend to stick around please do go through the effort, small as it is.
Once again, welcome to the community. Please make FeedBeast your personal RSS reader of choice and I promise you will not be disappointed!
Amicably yours,
A. Logan Murray
