This is a known issue, and it may be fixed in the latest beta. However as I've so far been unable to reproduce the problem I can't test to see if it's fixed. It would actually help me out if you could try it and let me know, but be warned beta 3 is really a mess and don't expect to use it for your day-to-day feed reading.
You can download it here. Also make sure to rename your Feed Storage.sdf file under Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\The Little Software Company before trying it out.
